Basic policy related to the internal controls system

　Our company's main business involves the direct management of restaurant chains and the expansion of franchise chains. Because of that, we are to comply with many laws, such as the Food Sanitation Act, and foresee the possible risk of losses from food poisoning or fires. Due to the nature of our business, we consider it an important management issue to put in place and properly operate an internal controls system in order to ensure sound and sustainable development.
