Status of the risk management system

　For the purpose of establishing a management system for preventing potential risks from occurring in the Company and responding to any risks that should occur, the Company has set forth the Compliance and Risk Management Regulations and the Crisis Response Manual, and established an Internal Controls Promotion Committee chaired by the President and Representative Director for the purpose of developing a management system.
　The Internal Controls Promotion Committee meets once every two months, in principle, to identify and evaluate inherent risks, and to establish a system that makes it possible for the Company to take countermeasures as necessary.
　Also, if unforeseen circumstances should arise, countermeasures will be taken in accordance with the Compliance and Risk Management Regulations" and the Crisis Response Manual.
