We, the Monogatari Corporation, set the following in the long-term management vision: We are a company that places the dignity of the “individual” above the dignity of the “organization.” And we’re willing to make the world alive and active through our “unequaled smile and liveliness from the bottom of our heart.” We engage in business activities while receiving support from our customers, stockholders, business partners, employees, and all members of society.
We understand the human rights of each and every person and the dignity of individuals, and in order to fulfill our responsibility to respect these, we hereby set forth the Monogatari Corporation’s human rights policy (hereinafter referred to as “this policy”).”

Moreover, this policy was based on the Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights of the UN.
We observe applicable laws in various countries and regions in which we conduct our business activities, and we will conduct honest business activities so that the residents of those countries and regions may have energetic and wonderful lives.
Further, in a case where there is any inconsistency between internationally accepted human rights and the laws of each country or region, we will pursue processes that give the maximum respect for the international principles of human rights.
