Under our management philosophy of “Smile & Sexy,” which upholds “Let’s express ourselves beautifully, freely, openly, and in a way full of human touch,” our company positions the vitalization of “independent ‘personnel’ who can make decisions for themselves” as the pillar of our growth strategy. In order to realize them, we cooperate with multiple stakeholders appropriately while considering the importance of value creation with a diverse range of stakeholders, including stockholders, employees, business partners, customers, creditors, and local communities. Moreover, we conduct the following activities while considering that it is important to share profits with employees and care for business partners, from the viewpoint that the appropriate distribution of the earnings and outcomes generated through cooperative value creation and the improvement of productivity to multiple stakeholders would lead to the maintenance of the momentum for wage raises and sustainable economic development.

Our company will build a “brand value” as a company in which personnel overflowing with the charm of “individuality” can “smile and become full of energy any time they work at a restaurant,” believes that “an unequaled smile and liveliness from the bottom of our heart” would make the world lively, creates a comfortable working environment for employees, makes efforts for continuous growth and the improvement of productivity, and focuses our efforts on the maximization of added value. Moreover, based on the earnings and outcomes we generate and in accordance with the “main principles for wage determination,” we will raise wages with appropriate methods taking into account the status of our company. In addition, we aim to provide continuous returns to employees by making active efforts centered on investments in human resources for the improvement of comprehensive treatment of employees, so as to contribute to the increase of employee engagement and the further increase of productivity.

  • Regarding wage hikes, we improved our remuneration system in July 2020. Also, in June 2023, we paid the “temporary bonus for the promotion of the rainbow vacation system.” By having each and every employee use this assistance to invest in their personal growth and to show their gratitude to their families, we are making efforts to train human resources that embody the management philosophy set forth by our company, “Smile & Sexy.”
  • Regarding investments in human resources, we recruit and train human resources and hone their abilities through training for each level.
