Active recruitment of mid-career employees (those changing careers)
Mid-career employees with a variety of experiences and backgrounds are positioned to cause more multifaceted discussions at the Company and promote diversity within the Company.

Active recruitment of international hires (foreign national)
Since 2007, we have been actively recruiting international hires because we believe that they are able to trigger innovation in the Company through their diverse perspectives and viewpoints. Currently, we have 195 international employees from 16 countries (as of June 30, 2023).

Introduction of a system to award length of service (employees and partners)
To express our gratitude to employees who have built up a long length of service, we hold an awards ceremony for our employees and partners (part-time workers). Each employee is presented with a certificate of commendation that has differing content, as well as a commemorative gift.

Installation of touch panels, self-service cash registers, and meal ticket machines in ramen noodle businesses
In addition to increasing convenience for customers, these machines have reduced the amount of time required for employee training and improved the ease of working.

Using AI for reservations at shops
Reception for customers coming to a shop is handled by a dedicated machine. This allows customers who make reservations through the official app to also check store wait times online.

We are promoting DX so that employees can focus on customer service and service by using robots to conduct table setting duties.

Development of Yakiniku King shops with express lanes installed
We are promoting the installation of express lanes to increase convenience, which will lead to greater customer satisfaction, and to improved formatting for future declines in workforce.
